At Unichem Pharmacy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is unworn and in its original condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
